1. What are the transportation charges?

2. When will I receive my order?
All orders will be delivered within 14 working days.
Customized orders will be delivered within 21 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.
3. What if the product have run out of stock after I ordered and made payment?
We’ll try our best to avoid such incident from happening through stringent checks and follow-ups, but should it occur:
- If the product is currently unavailable, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or an alternate product model.
- Should the options offered deemed as not suitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the full amount of your purchase.
For secondhand kitchen equipment, we strongly encourage our customer to pay a 30% deposit on the item for booking to avoid disappointment. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of the product.
4. Will I receive a call before delivery?
Yes, our delivery personnel will notify you with a call on the date and time of delivery before delivering to your doorstep.
5. Is shipping to East Malaysia available?
At the moment we do not accept any shipping to Sabah & Sarawak. However, we could arrange to ship to your logistic company in Peninsular Malaysia
6. Do you ship to International address?
International address is not available for shipping at the moment.
7. Can I pick up the item at your showroom?
Yes, you can. Upon purchase, please select the Pick Up option and choose which showroom you’d like to collect your order before proceeding to payment.
8. Are all items displayed online available in store?
Not all products are available in store due to quantity limitations, special online promotions and online-exclusive items.
